EXAMINING POSTGRADUATE THESES THAT MADE IN THE FIELD OF CHOIR BETWEEN THE YEARS 2011-2018 IN TURKEY IN TERMS OF SOME PARAMETERS

This research aims that the recent graduate studies in the choir field examine some ways mainly the topic, the problem, and the method parameters and intended to present a perspective a point of view of the situation assessment to the researcher who will be doing new work in the choir field. In this context, the research is important in that it leads to the researcher who will work in the choir field. This study is structured using qualitative research methods and techniques. The data were obtained from YOK National Thesis Center in electronic environment. The number of theses examined in the study was determined to be 19 because 2 out of 22 theses performed between 2011-2018 were not reached and 1 of them was out of the subject. . The data obtained by the technique of document review grouped by academic degree, year, university, institute, method, topic and problem culmination parameters and it were interpreted in accordance with the problem of researching. Based on the research findings, it is observed that the postgraduate studies in the choir area of the thesis was completed in 11 different universities and 3 different institutes in Turkey between the years 2011-2018. It’s concluded that the postgraduate theses examined during the research process prepared by using the methods of descriptive scanning model, pre-test-post test group method, interview, historical method, trace analysis and meta-analysis methods. Due to the practical nature of the choir field, it is recommended to increase the number of studies prepared by experimental methods
