THE INFLUENCE OF MANAGEMENT STYLE PERCEPTIONS ON BURNOUT LEVELS OF EMPLOYEES AT 4 AND 5 STARS HOTELS IN ?ANAKKALEKeywords: Y?netim Tarzlar?,Tükenmi?lik,Otel ?al??anlar?,?anakkale Abstract: Burnout is a syndrome that affects both individual performance and organizational performance negatively in working life. Employees who experience burnout syndrome show negative behaviors in their responsibilities attributed to them and their attitudes towards customers. This situation affects the efficiency of the business in a negative way. The individual and organizational causes of burnout were investigated through different studies in the literature. However, there are not enough studies that integrally examine the relationship between burnout syndrome and management styles at hotels. The aim of the study is to determine the relationship between perceived management style and burnout level of Hotel employees. In this context, the survey was conducted to 411 hotel employees who work 4 and 5 star hotel in ?anakkale. As a result of the study, perceived democratic and paternalist management styles affect the burnout level of hotel employees negatively, authoritarian and laissez-faire management styles affect the hotel employees’ burnout level positively
