EVALUATION OF THE FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF INDIVIDUAL PENSION COMPANY: TURKEY CASE

The Individual Pension System, which is complementary to the social security system in our country, allows individuals not to suffer prosperity during their retirement years thanks to the accumulation of their working lives. The purpose of this study is to help the individual pension companies operating in the Individual Pension System to compare and participate in company selection. For this purpose, ten individual pension companies were compared using five individual pension investment funds. In comparison, TOPSIS and PROMETHEE methods were used as multi criteria decision making techniques. As a result of the study, the company that performed best with both methods was designated as Allianz Life and Pension Company. According to the TOPSIS method, the Vak？f Emeklilik ve Hayat company took place at the last place in the order, while the Axa Hayat ve Emeklilik company according to PROMETHEE method took place
