A Comparative study of Abdurrahman Jami's version Jousef and Zuleikha story with Hamdullah Hamdi version of Jousef and Zuleikha storyKeywords: Yusuf ve Züleyha,Cam?,Hamd?,K?ssa-i Yusuf Abstract: Mathnavi began developing in the 13th century in Turkish Literature and then numerous poets started writing mathnavis with various topics in this area. One of the subjects in Mathnavis written by poets in National Literature and especially in Turkish Literature was the story of Prophet Yusuf (as), one of the most famous stories about the Prophets. The story of the Prophet Yusuf (as) first mentioned in Bible and then in the Quran and religious interpretations that Egypt's Aziz's wife desire to Prophet Yusuf (as) formed a context of lyrical romance poems and led to conversion of a work of artistic. Many writers and poets in the Turkish and Persian literature have created works on one of the events of the life of Prophet Yusuf (as), considering their place, time, manner and prospective of their era. By the time, literary works relating to the story of Yusuf and Zulayha among the Turkish language poets has taken the form of lyrical literature. In Turkish Literature, this story became more prominent especially after the Jami, more specific example can be given as Hamdullah Hamdi's Mathnavi of Yusuf and Zulayha (1449-1503). On the first face of this text, we will make a comparison on Mathnavis of Yusuf and Zulayha belonging to Jami and Hamdullah Hamdi and in second face, we will study the effect of Mathnavis of Yusuf and Zulayha belong to Jami on Mathnavis in Turkish Literature especially Hamdullah Hamdi
