The neighborhoods that form the cities have had an important place both in architecture and social aspects throughout the history. The neighborhoods, which have their own characteristics both structurally and spatially, seher light on history in many aspects. Some neighborhoods maintain their characteristics in every period. Kuzguncuk, a neighborhood in üsküdar district in Istanbul, is this kind of an example. There, where art and public sphere go hand in hand, art has spread to the streets out of the museums or galleries. Art involves in everyday life. In this interactive neighborhood, reaching of art to people isn't a dream anymore. In this context, this study aims to research the neighborhood in the context of human and space interaction by looking through the eyes of the artist who has chosen Kuzguncuk as a studio and inhabitancy. This research is based on the history of the neighborhood, the richness of it, the contribution of the artists to the local area considering the fact that the presence of the neighborhood will not be evaluated as just an area
