Lumbar Synovial Cyst. A Case Report and Literature Review

Lumbar intraspinal synovial cysts (LISK) are rare and benign lesions that usually develop due to lumbar segmental instability. LISK must be treated because they cause low back pain, radiculopathy, and neurological deficits. It should not be forgotten that Lomber surgical decompression may cause instability and synovial cysts. It is necessary to follow minimal invasive surgery approaches and fusion surgery should be performed in cases with instability in order to prevent this situation
