Abstract: Today's successful businesses that understand the importance of human resources in a changing and constantly evolving business world want to connect their employees emotionally. The affective Commitment that the employees are willing to accept, realize, and stay in the organization's goals, values and goals is a very important commitment for the organization. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship of workers between emotional commitment, intention to stay at work and performance. The study was conducted in a hotel operated in the provinces of Beldibi and G?ynük in the province of Antalya through a questionnaire prepared for the purpose of the research. In the analysis of the obtained data; Reliability Analysis, Factor Analysis, Correlation and Regression Analyzes were performed. As a result of Correlation and Regression analyzes, a significant and positive relationship was found between emotional commitment, intention to stay in the business and performance in the work place
