Abstract:

The mobbing phenomenon, which has been present in the working life for many years but which has been ignored, which can not be named and which makes the employees dysfunctional and ineffective by affecting institutions and employees in the negative, constitutes an important problem in working life. Dictionary mobbing meaning; Emotional violence means emotional lynching, psychological terror, siege, harassment, discomfort, distress, intimidation. Mobbing, where human rights are violated, is still a hurdle for most employees, as there is no legal arrangement to ensure workers' assurance. The concept of mobbing, which is more unknown than previous generations, reveals that the work done on the concept is the frontrunner and indirectly harmful to the whole society and the state. The study we have carried out at Aksehir Municipality, which is one of the public institutions and organizations in Ak?ehir city, is designed by general screening model. Within the scope of this study, a total of 110 mobbing scales were applied in 16 departments of Aksehir Municipality, 16 managers, 16 chiefs and 78 officers. As a result of this study, the social relations of male employees in Aksehir Municipality, single employees reputation and It has been determined that the employees at the chief level are exposed to attacks on their psychological health
