An Analyse of Tendencies of Graduate Education Theses Established in an Education Sciences Institue Department of Classroom Teaching

The main purpose of this research is to determine the tendencies of the postgraduate education theses held at Gazi University Institute of Educational Sciences Department of Primary Classroom Teacher. The research was conducted in 2018. Using the documentary research method, 140 theses were examined, which were performed between 2002-2018 (March). Since to all the theses in the field of science have been reached, no attempt has been made to take a sampling. According to some results obtained from the research; most of the theses were prepared in 2010, the nearly half of advisors of the theses were assistant professors, the most studied topic was Turkish teaching, and the least studied topic was initial reading and writing instruction
