Immigrants who have settled in another country by abandoning their countries economic, social cultural or for a better quality is an important problem encountering of many countries on the world. Authority is essential to solve this problem are also accepted as local governments, which are directly interaction with the immigrants. In this study, local policies developed to solve the immigrant problem were investigated in the municipalities which are a local government unit .At the result of researching, has been examined relevant policies that how much extent contributed to the immigrant problem in local governments. The study, the immigration policies applied in the ？ank？r？ province municipality as an example showing the study, was reinforced. Field research method was used in the study. The authorities of ？ank？r？ province municipality were interviewed and the authorities were asked a number of questions. In accordance with the responses received, the immigration policies of the municipalities were evaluated generally and in the context of ？ank？r？ province. Administrative policies to solve the immigration policies of the municipalities, has been accepted as the frontier of the study. Other local units were excluded from the field research..At the result of study, it was understood that the local government units carried out important studies to meet the basic needs of the immigrants in the social quality and facilitating the integration processes with the society.The study has the potential to make a major contribution to the field
