THE INVESTIGATION OF THE MESSAGES OF THE BESTAM？ YAZGAN'S STORIES IN TERMS PRINCIPLE OF SUITABILITY FOR CHILDREN

Suitability for children and messages are two important features of children's literature works. Written stories for kids must be appropriate for age language, mind, emotion and social characteristics. Another fact in the stories are the messages given to the reader through fiction and event in the story. Literal works for children containing messages has some features. Subjects of messages phraseology, narrating features, purpose of the story changes and increase the quality of the story. It is known that the messages inside the stories written for children help their personal characteristics, convey universal and national assets, draw attention through religious values and instill the love of people and nature. The purpose of this study is to determin the messages inside the Bestami Yazgan’ stories for kids and studying these messages according to the children. I used one of the qualitative methods which is document analysis in the through the research process, content analysis technique and collecting data. The 30 stories Bestami Yazgan has written have constructed the research objects. The message have been detected through coding after the procceses of reading, screening and reduction and also the ones with the same characteristics have been categorized under different subjects. The messages and category subjects have been organized, classified and sorted after presented to the analysis of children’s actuality principles within the purpose of the messages in the stories. The love of nature and animals through religious and social messages have been clearly understood within the stories that Bestami Yazgan has written for the children in large quantities
