Investigation the Effect of Design Parameters of Miniature Brushless DC Motors Used in Industrial ApplicationsKeywords: RMxprt,Maxwell,Minyatür F?r?as?z DA Motoru,mekatronik tasar?m Abstract: Cost advantage, process ease, speed, efficiency and output power expectations of the electric motors used actuator elements can be changed according to the area and sector. Therefore, this variable may require structural changes in the motor design to meet the expectations in the desired constraints. In this study, the effects of various design parameter changes in the stator and rotor part of this motor on motor output power and efficiency in a certain operating speed range were investigated by starting from a miniature brushless direct current (DA) motor type used in many areas of industry. The analyzes were carried out in the preliminary design module (RMxprt) of the ANSYS Maxwell program, taking into account the dimensions, operating temperature, voltage, power and speed of the motors in the industry. In the stator part of the motor, the length of the laminating sheet package, stacking factor, the slot type, the magnet material in the rotor part, the magnet array, the analyzes of the structure of the rotor were carried out. The analysis results were compared with respect to speed-related efficiency and power changes
