Ethical Leadership Behaviors Of School Principals, Trust Perceptions Of School Teachers And Organizational Commitment In Terms Of Various VariablesKeywords: Etik Lider,Okul Müdürüne Güven,?rgütsel ba?l?l?k Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between school leadership's ethical leadership behaviors, teachers' perceptions of trust in school principal and organizational commitment. The study group of the study, which was used in the relational screening method, consists of 103 teachers working in the 1st term of 2016-2017 academic year in Yeni?a?a district of Bolu province. Ethical Leadership Scale, Multi Purpose T Scale and Organizational Commitment Scale were used to collect data. The mean, standard deviation, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis test and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data. Organizational commitment of teachers from different gender, branch, age and seniority, ethical leadership behaviors of school principal and trust perception of school principal are similar. Teachers 'perceptions of the ethical leadership of school principals and teachers' perceptions of the school principal trust; between the ethical leadership behaviors of school principals and the organizational commitment of teachers; It was found that there was a positive and high level of relationship between teachers' perceptions of trust and organizational commitment. In the light of the results of the study, when teachers' perceptions of the ethical leadership behavior of the school principals, teachers' perceptions of trust in the school principal and a positive and highly significant relationship between teachers' organizational commitment, teachers' school principals' behaviors should be at the ethical level in order to increase their trust and organizational commitment. The school principals can be provided with universal trainings in the field of education and school management and the development of leadership skills
