As a result of the development of information systems, obligation to use electronic systems in public places has arisen. Therefore, the system of the goverment has been transitioned to electronic goverment. Ulusal Yarg？ A？？ Bili？im Sistemi (UYAP), which is the most important stair in the electronic goverment system, using at all courthouses in Turkey. Judicial actors have been included to the system. Ulusal Yarg？ A？？ Bili？im Sistemi(UYAP), is using often in enforcement offices. Creditors, debtors, countors and enforcement offices are doing their businneses with UYAP. Unlawful profits has been precluded with disbursement by electonic system. Consequently, there is a faster, cheaper and safer enforcemen
