Evaluation of Caliph Omar’s Relevance / Cleaning Conditions Effect / and Contribution to Intellectual Property

Caliph Omar, who had struggled many times for circulate the messages of Islam, is the one of and closest companion of Prophet Muhammad. Caliph Omar who became a Muslim at the sixth year of prophecy, beside of his political success as khalifa, he has an important place at the science of Islamic law and adjective law as intellectual property (interpreter of Islamic Law). While he was trying to organize the government in all its parts, he made an effort for actualize scientific progress which would be groundwork of this organization. Indeed it is possible to say that the principles of methods of Islamic law had started to become evident with Caliph Omar. Besides that, Caliph Omar has an undeniable place and importance when it comes to creation of essential base which generate fundamentals of science of Islamic law. Confirmation of this lies on number of thousand expressions of provisions of Islamic law which has been rumoured from Caliph Omar. Caliph Omar’s scribe part is very extensive and comprehensive, that is why, even in general nature, it is impossible to approach the subject with limited rescript. Therefore, thanks to contribution of the storied opinions of Caliph Omar, it is found acceptable to limit this subject with purity (cleanliness) issue. In connection with that the purpose of this rescript is determine the effect of Caliph Omar on interpreter imams of Islamic law (intellectual Property) about the processes of purity. The main factor of choosing this subject is that the purity is the first fundamental subject of Islamic law. In classical Islamic law resources, worship subject begin with purity, this situation and thanks to worship and ethics literature in Islam, the purity problem is the object of society. In this rescript, worship is evaluated because of its mission of servitude in purpose of bring honor to Great Allah. Taking this subject as a base, worship is expressed like norms of poem which organize relationship between Allah and his servant. The structure of this norms of poem is formed by involve whole life of servant which include his all action verbal, actional and even intellectual action which include absolute worship and also the structure of this norms of poem formed by conditional worship which involve rituals which has a specific forms that can be repeated and can be done in specific times. When the subject is so important and when we talk about the purity subject which is the part of norms of poem, contribution of Caliph Omar on interpreter imams appears by itself
