WORKING WITH WHATSAPP: A CASE STUDY OF ITS USE IN CROSSCULTURAL EDUCATION FOCUSING ON TOURISM AND LEADERSHIP

This case study explores the use of technology, specifically the WhatsApp tool, to enhance student learning about leadership in different cultures through observations and the analysis of student products and reflections. Students in a class in the United States worked with students in a class in Kyrgyzstan to compare and contrast tourism and leadership in their respective countries, using video and chat technology.
