Thish study which prapared based on the documents obtained from The National Archives, firstly it was informed about the John G. Taylor's identity who is British Consul General at Diyarbak？r and between which years in which he served as British Consul at Diyarbak？r. Subsequently, amount of the products that were imported to Diyarbak？r Province from eastern and western countries such as France, Switzerland, Iran and England and in the same way, amount and market cap of the products that exported to foreign countries from Diyarbak？r Province shaped like tables and some of the products were evaluated in detail. With this study it has been tried to show that Diyarbak？r Province is a very lively commercial region not only on a regional scale but also on an international scale.
