Turkey And Coups: A Case Of July 15

The real victims of coups are people who live in those countries. It can be said that the people who did not give the right to govern themselves to the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, July 15, and the February 28 postmodern coup, have usurped the right to overthrow and rule over the legitimate government by interfering with the will of the people together with the groups they have worked with. After these interventions, people don’t adopt the coups, have negative views about military, the reputation of the Turkish Armed Forces is damaged. It can be thought that after the coup attack, army which is one of the most reliable institutions in Turkey become to be one of the untrustworthy institutions in Turkey. Turkish armed forces have found themselves in a new coup in less than 10 years and that the army has lost its credibility and the views of our people about army has weakened and this cause people to lose confidence against the army. Priorly Turkish people were supported operations such as Ergenekon, Balyoz, Sar？k？z and Ay Is？g？ while many unjust suffering happened, some military officers committed suicide. Thereafter, it was understood that it conspires against the national army. They were happy because of arrested soldiers. Forwhy, the trust on the army was decreased. The reason of this was lack of confidence of people against the army. These supports are unfair practices of the army against the political institution in the past. On July 2015, the fact that the whole of the army was not involved in the coup attempt and taking an active role in the suppression of the coup attempt increased the reliability of the army again. July 15 is a struggle for the Turkish people to stand out against the coup plotters with the national army. July 15 is the day of national sovereignty
