Investigation of fertility status in Ankara University Aya? Research and Application Farm SoilsKeywords: Toprak verimlili?i,toprak ?zellikleri, bitki besleme, mikro elementler,IDW Abstract: The aim of the study was to determine the fertility status of soils in Aya? Research and Application Farm of Ankara University. For this purpose, 44 soil samples were collected by 100x100m grids and main physical, chemical properties and nutrient contents were analysed. ArcGIS 10.3 software program and IDW method were used to create distribution maps of soil samples. In general, the majority of soils are clay textured, slightly alkaline, nonsaline and medium calcareous. While organic matter (56% of the soils), total nitrogen (29% of the soils), available boron (99% of the soils) and available Fe and Mn (100% of the soils) were deficient, available phosphorus (77% of the soils), copper, zinc and potassium (100% of the soils) contents were insufficient level. As a result of the correlation analysis; negative relations between clay-sand, silt-sand, lime-clay, Fe-clay, Zn-clay, N-silt, Cu-silt, EC-pH, Cu-lime and positive relations between lime-sand, Fe-sand, Zn-sand, Cu-clay, N-EC, K-P, Zn-P, Zn-K and Zn-Fe were determined. In order to remove the deficiency of plant nutrients according to soil analyses, application of micro-element additive fertilizers to the soils is necessary. In addition, the use of composted farmyard manure is recommended to improve the physicochemical properties of these soils
