Examination of Student Achievement in terms of Teacher, School and Family VariablesKeywords: ??retmen s?n?f liderli?i,okul ya?am kalitesi,sosyoekonomik düzey,akademik ba?ar? Abstract: The aim of the study was to compare the effects of variables related to school, teacher and families on the school achievement of students. The study, designed in a relational screening model, was attended by 698 students from 12 high schools in the center and districts of Bal?kesir Province. Quality of Life in High Schools Scale and Teacher Classroom Leadership Scale were used as the measurement tools in the research. Correlation and multiple regression analysis and structural regression model were used for data analysis. The linear regression models reveal that the students' demographic characteristics and teacher classroom leadership perceptions have an important impact on school achievement of students. On the other hand, the impact of school life quality perceptions on school achievement was not statistically significant. Regression analysis results, including control variables, indicate that the socioeconomic level of families is the most effective variable on the school achievement of students. It is recognized that teacher classroom leadership is the most effective variable following the socioeconomic level
