G??,Ge?erlik,Güvenirlik,Güvenirlik Abstract: Objective: This study is undertaken to adapt Xenophobia Scale to Turkish. Methods: The sample of the study is composed of 586 volunteered women and men (18+ years) across Turkey. Xenophobia Scale has 11 items. Corrected Item Total Correlation and Cronbach’s Alpha Internal Consistency Coefficient are calculated for reliability of the scale. High Order Factor Analysis is performed to test the theoretical suitability and construct validity for Turkish context. Results: In this study, Xenophobia Scale has one factor construction. Cronbach Alpha Reliability coefficient was found as 0.876. The highness of the score points indicates a potential increase in the risk of xenophobia. Conclusion: These results Show that the Turkish version of Xenophobia Scale may be used as a valid and reliable tool in determining xenophobia and in other relevant research. It might be recommended that exploring the validity and reliability of the scale is repeated in different groups of subjects of similar ages and that the scale is used in prevalence studies
