These diseases, which have zoonotic prescription and are transmitted through the stomachs, are a great threat to mammals and humans in spring and autumn. In addition, stinging mosquitoes act as interconductors in many zoonotic diseases. In the study, blood samples from 225 dogs aging from 5 days to 15 years were collected in EDTA tubes, then Anigen Rapid Caniv-4 Test kits were used for evaluation and E. canis antibody was found 17.7%, A. phogocytophilum antibody was found 0.44% while D. immitis and B. burgdorferi antibodies were not found. It was found that E. canis can be infected in embryona period and can be seen in all ages. Forty patients with positive E. canis in our study were found to have thrombocytopenia in 21 patients, anemia in 18 patients, leukocytosis in 9 patients and leukopenia in 1 patient as a result of hematological tests in dogs. In one dog, which is found living in wood lands near Manavgat district of Antalya, A. phogocytophilum and E. canis were found positive. As a result; it is thought that the seroprovalence of E.canis in the province of Antalya is high and the data obtained as a result of this study can be used as a reference in future studies in the province of Antalya
