COMPARISON OF LOCAL ANESTHETIC INJECTION TECHNIQUES IN THE TREATMENT OF SERVICOGENIC HEADACHE

The term ‘cervicogenic headache (CHA)’ is first used by Sjaastad and his friends in 1983 and, has been included in the classification of headaches by the international Headache Society (IHS)) in 2004. The headaches that causes from the anatomic structures of the neck and soft tissues are called CHA. ？n this study the purpose was to obtain a compared analysis of the results of the patients whit myofacial trigger points by injecting local anesthetic (1%procain) both this trigger points and the exit points of nervus trigeminus, the fifth cranial nerve that is the head and neck region’s primary pain receiver
