Before 1909 Adana Events, Cilician Armenians’ Relations with European States (1878-1909)

Following the 1878 Berlin Treaty, Armenians in the Ottoman-European relations began to occupy an important place. The European States had made various calculations on the Armenians for their own interests, the Armenians, on the other hand, took advantage of this rivalry and were in a position to establish a small Armenia.
