An Investigation on the Importance and Necessity of Justice in Educational Administration

Justice is an indispensable must for maintaining the concordance and order in societies. Living in societies without doing somebody an injustice will occur within the frame of justice and respect. Today, the interaction of people has increased and the justice has become an important concept on which should be laid emphasis. In the same way, the justice has a significant position for all organizations which desire to achieve theirs’ goals and to give pleasure and satisfaction to their employees. To examine and clarify the concept of justice in educational organizations creates awareness for employees in organizations. In addition, it affects in a positive way the organizational commitments, occupational abilities, performances, productivities, motivations, organizational citizenship behaviors, interactions and communications of employees in educational organization. The aim of this study is to carry out a conceptual analysis in the subject of justice and to examine the necessity, significance and effects of phenomenon of justice in educational administration field
