Investigation of The Satisfaction of The Individuals of The Community Transportation: The Case of Eskisehir Province

In this study, it is desired to measure the satisfaction of households using public transportation vehicles in Eskisehir in 2014-2015. Public transport satisfaction is measured by Factor Analysis. 500 people were chosen randomly from Eskisehir.
