An Investigation of Turkey’s Entrepreneurial and Innovative University Index for 2016 and 2017 via ORESTE and Factor Analysis

Turkey Entrepreneurial and Innovative University Index is published every year by TüB？TAK starting from 2012. There are 5 dimensions in the index. Using the index, scientific activities of universities as well as industry and other collaborations can be considered together in the same platform. Entrepreneurship is an umbrella term that helps to better understand the opportunities that may arise in the realization of the social and commercial activities of employees and individuals in daily life, working life and society. This arrangement of the universities under the term of Entrepreneurship leads the way to universities for better future planning.
