A DISCUSSION CONCERNING THE JUSTIFICATION OF THE TRANSCENDENTAL IDEALISM DOCTRINE IN THE TRANSCENDENTAL AESTHETICS SECTIONKeywords: Kant,A?k?nsal ?dealizm,A?k?nsal Estetik, mekan, apriori, sezgi,?znel form Abstract: This paper will discuss Kant’s claim that Transcendental Idealism doctrine is justified through the arguments provided in Transcendental Aesthetics section. According to the doctrine, the objects of our daily experience are merely appearances and time and space are nothing but subjective forms. However, since this doctrine renders the ontological statutes of the objects of our experience and space and time ambiguous, it has been subject to many criticisms. This work endeavors to contribute the discussions by scrutinizing whether the arguments provided in Transcendental Aesthetics section are sufficient to ground the Idealism doctrine. To this end, first, I will scrutinize the argumentation provided in Transcendental Aesthetics, and then argue that the argumentation cannot justify the doctrine of Transcendental Idealism
