A qualified research on solution proposals on ethical problems of living nursing in state hospitalKeywords: Etik,Etik sorunlar,Hem?ire Abstract: Introduction and Objective: Nurses face many ethical problems in their working life. The aim of the research is to reveal the ethical problems that nurses think they have lived during their duties. Materials and Methods: The study was qualitatively regulated. The study group consists of 35 nurses working at Düzce Atatürk State Hospital. Semi-structured interview technique was used as data collection method. "Content analysis" was conducted in the study. Findings and Results: In the survey, nurses were found to have 71,42% work accidents (25 people), mobbing (21 people) 60%, violence (20 people) 57,14%, discrimination (18 people) 51,42% (15 people) 42.85%, hand hygiene (7 people) 20%, communication problems with patients and relatives (7 people) 20%, wrong practices (7 people) 11.42%. It was seen that the nurses had the most work accidents and secondly they were exposed to mobbing. It has also been found that they are faced with problems such as violence, discrimination, overwork, hand hygiene, communication problems with patients and their relatives, and misapplications. The ethical problems of nurses, which are important human resources in health services, should be taken into account and it is important to identify these problems so that they can work more efficiently
