The rhetorical analysis of the phonetics phenomenon in Qur’an methodology and particularity of textKeywords: K?raat ilmi,Bela?i analiz,Semantik,Fonetik,Fonetik s?zlük Abstract: The first question that may come to mind, when we want to study the rhetorical analysis of the phonetics phenomenon in Qur’an, is: why was the phonetic method so difficult for the rhetoric, and which is the best way to deal with this topic? Perhaps the difficulties lie in the lack of semantic references for the sounds; concerning the phonetic dictionary, and the tradition between speakers. Both of them are linked to each other. The Rhetorical who studies phonetics does not have a linguistic lexicon of the sounds meanings, to build his judgements on, as the case in vocabulary dictionaries is. In addition to that, the sounds in the field of pragmatics do not have a meaning considered as general acknowledgement, as it generally comes accompanied by the psychological and mental prejudices of its user. That makes wading into the audio field a dangerous venture, with no guide or evidence other than personal opinion, which makes it a vulnerable target for the charges. This study is trying to pave the way for researchers; or suggest a point of view that approaches a well-organized method, and that is best suited to rhetorical studies
