Constitutional Complaint in Ukraine and International Experience

The article analyzes some aspects of the experience of individual countries about the institution of the constitutional complaint. Separate points of view on the implementation of the constitutional complaint to Ukraine and International Experience, for and against, are considered. The expressed own views on the introduction of the institution of the constitutional complaint into the Ukrainian legislation. A constitutional complaint shall be considered not only as another mechanism for judicial protection, but also as a means to influence the quality of the national legislation.
