Effect of Nitrification Inhibitor Application under Broad Bean (Vicia faba L.) Vegetation on Nodulation, Plant Biomass, Nodule, Root and Shoot Total Nitrogen Concentrations and Nmin Values in SoilKeywords: inhbit?r,te?vik azotu,nitrifikasyon Abstract: This study was conducted to determine the effect of inhibitor application with inducing nitrogen on nodule formation, total nitrogen concentration on nodule, root and shoot and nitrification effect on soil under broad bean vegetation. 4 kg N da-1 applied as inducing nitrogen (in the form of ammonium sulphate) and 2 kg DCD da-1 as a nitrification inhibitor before sowing. According to the results application of inhibitor with inducing nitrogen significantly increased the dry matter yield of plant (root: 29%, shoot: 61%), however this application did not bring about a significant difference in nodulation and nodule, root and shoot on total nitrogen concentrations. In generally concentrations of NH4+-N were higher in inhibitor with inducing nitrogen application than inducing nitrogen without inhibitor application. There was no significant difference determined on NO3--N concentrations between the applications in soil
