Different Doses Effects of Trichoderma harzianum and Bacillus subtilis on Young plants 110R/Merlot II. Uprooting Period

This study was performed in 2014 at Namik Kemal University Agricultural Faculty Department of Horticulture Practices Area, in order to identify the effects of different doses Bacillus subtilis (0, 2%, 4%, 8%) and Trichoderma harzianum (0, 5g/L, 10g/L, 20g/L) on Merlot/110R two years old young plants. For this purpose, each young plants were dipped into 4 different doses of bio-agents (Sim Bacil and Sim Derma) solution for 5min before they were planted. In this research, diameter characteristics, root and shoot characteristics were evaluated. Bacillus subtilis decreased root fresh and dry weight whereas the other criterias unlike. Trichoderma harzianum decreased main shoot diameter, lateral root fresh weight and total shoot dry weight or positive effected the others. As a result, Bacillus subtilis dose 8% and Trichoderma harzianum dose 5g/L had a positive effect on Merlot/110R graft combination in uprooting period for examined characteristics. Therefore; it is suggested that these doses can be used for further studies
