CONCEPTUAL REVIEW ON ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT

Organizational commitment is not only an important variable for employees to understand their behavior within the organization, but also affects desire to remain in the organization, absenteeism rate, job satisfaction and turnover. Therefore, in the literature, it is seen as an important factor in the competitiveness and survival of organizations. In this study, a conceptual framework about organizational commitment was composed by using secondary sources and the studies about classification of commitment were summarized
