External Dialect of Tuvan Language: The Tsengel Tuvans

The article is about specific features of sub dialect of Tsengel tuvan national minority people of Bayan-Ulgii province in Mongolia. The examples are shown that the sub dialect has its own peculiarities and it is different from the Tuvan language, and its dialects. The Tsengel sub dialect claims to keep, general characteristics of the Turkic family of languages, although it has features of an ancient uigur language
