SYRIAN REFUGEES IN TERMS OF DIRECT FOREIGN CAPITAL INVESTMENT

Turkey was exposed to many waves of immigration in the historical process. Besides the negative effects of migration, it has also had positive effects. Especially the migration wave which started in Syria in 2011 has provided a significant amount of foreign capital flow. In this study, foreign direct investment in terms of Syrian businessmen who migrated from Syria they make investments in Turkey were made the subject of research. In this study, foreign direct investment of businessmen who emigrated from Syria to Turkey in terms of investments have been made the subject of research. Syrian businessmen and their investments in the companies they founded were analyzed effects on Turkey's economy. As a result of this research concluded that the Syrian origin of investments contributed positively to Turkey's economic growth it has been reached
