Hypertensive arter？opathy(HA) is one of the most common causes of brain micro-vascular diseases in older ages. It shows itself with micro-bleeding and white matter hyperintensities. Usually seen in older ages but also in younger ages rarely. A 31 -years old male patient was admitted to our clinic with a complaint of numbness in the right half of the body. MR ？mag？ng studies was performed w？th T2, Flair and SWI sequence were diagnosed as Hypertensive arter？opath
