An Overview of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles In Terms of Turkish Legislation

Civil aviation sector is seen as one of the fastest growing areas of today. In recent years Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) have become very popular. It has become obligatory for the Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and governments to make the relevant legal regulations on unmanned air vehicles used in many areas. In this research article, legislative regulations are investigated from the point of view of Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) within the scope of National Legislation.
