The Relationship Between Organizational Learning Capability, Intellectual Capital and Job Satisfaction in Sport OrganizationsKeywords: ?rgütsel ??renme,entelektüel sermaye,i? tatmini,spor ?rgütleri Abstract: The concept of organizational learning became important in parallel with the need of interpreting what is happening both inside and outside of the organization. In this environment, intellectual capital can be described as operations that may help the organization to gain sustainable competitive advantage depending on knowledge and innovation. It can be said employees are the most important and dynamic component on this process, so that, their satisfaction level can affect the productivity and success of the organization directly. In light of this information, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational learning capability, intellectual capital, and employees’ job satisfaction in sport organizations. In light of this purpose 229 questionnaires were collected. Factor (CFA), ANOVA and t-test analysis were conducted. After conducting the analysis, it is found out that there are significant relationships between organizational learning capability, intellectual capital, and employees’ job satisfaction. Also, it has been revealed that perceptions of organizational learning capability, intellectual capital and job satisfaction differentiate by average monthly income and institution of participants that they work
