Exercise and Stress HormonesKeywords: Egzersiz,Stres,Hormon,Spor,Sa?l?k Abstract: Sedentary lifestyle and stress are a general health problem, increasing day by day and affecting the health of the community in the negative direction at the present time. Chronic stress effects individual negative as psychological, physiological, physical and behavioral. Exercise have positive effects on health physical, physiological and psychological, in addition is a source of stress. The purpose of this study review the effect of exercise participation in struggle stress, increasing stress due to exercise and accordingly the exercise and stress hormones relations. In this direction exercise, stress and stress-related hormones keywords was searched and compiled on literature from Google Scholar, PubMed, Web Of Science and Medline databases. In literature research; despite the beneficial effects of exercise, heavy exercises caused damage organ and systems metabolic, is called the greatest physical stressor that causes changes on immunological, cardiovascular and hormonal. However, it has been observed that regular low intensity exercises have a positive effect on the organism, both psychologically and physiologically, that the organism entering the hormonal activities against the stress increases the stamina and plays an important role in stress management. The investigation of the acute and chronic effects of exercise-induced stress on the organism and the effects of different exercise types and intensities in different studies will contribute to this subject
