The Assessment of The Principles of The Law Of Armed Confl？ct: Necessity, Humanity and Chivalry

International community has experienced many wars and conflicts throughout the history and until the establishment of the United Nations, no one prohibits the use of force in the international arena. Although the UN prohibits the use of force, international community has still been experiencing many conflicts and wars in some areas of the world. While banning use force in the international relations, it was important to determine the lines of the conflicts and wars. The Law of Armed Conflict has determined these lines under the principles of the necessity, humanity and chivalry. In this article, these principles will be analyzed and the relationship between them will be elaborated and the reason of why these three principles are among the basic principles of Armed Conflict Law will be analyzed
