Evaluation of Security and Risk Perceptions of E-Commercial Consumers

Along with the changing lifestyles of consumers, the use of e-commerce sites as an alternative to traditional shopping is increasing day by day. However, some of the consumers are very biased towards changing shopping patterns. In this study, firstly, the changes in the risks and security perceptions of consumers who shop online are analyzed according to their demographic characteristics. Then, the hypotheses that have been established by analyzing the relation between tangible and intangible concepts determined by regression analysis are evaluated
