Organizational Cynicism: A Behaviour Shaping According to Leadership StylesKeywords: Okul Y?netiminde Liderlik Tarzlar?,Sinizim,?rgütsel Sinizim,??retmenlerin Sinik Tutumlar? Abstract: Cynicism is defined as a kind of attitude that a person does not like or trust the others. Organizational cynicisim is defined as a negative attitude towards the organization including three dimentions that the organizations lacks integrity, that a person has negative feeling towards the organization and that a person shows disparaging and critical attitudes because of these feelings. In this study, it is has been studied if the leadership styles of school managers affects teachers’ showing cycnic attitudes. This study is a qualitative one and the data are collected by using semi structered interwiev technique. The study group consist of 22 teachers in two states school in Ankara. The findings show that the main factor of teachers’ cycnicism attitude is the behaviours of the leaders at schools. Also, the answers given by teachers show that cynicism attitude is closely related to the leadership styles of the school managers
