The speaker concept and The speaker’s determination’s contribution on comprehending a poem on the methods of analysis poems based on N?rusiyah by Asaf Halet ?elebiKeywords: S?yleyici, lirik ?iir, dramatik monolog Abstract: Speaker can be seen as the person who conveys events and situations in fictional literal Works which based on narration and it is known that speaker has an equal meaning in dramatic, epic and lyric poems. In Turkish poem, it is seen that speaker is implied in different naming’s as a poetic term in poems. The matter of determining the identity of the speaking person is discussed as a step of analyzing process of poems in Western literature but this method isn’t put forward in the books which discuss analysis methods in terms of technical and practical way of Turkish poems, it is only written in some articles indirectly and limitedly. Only ?erif Akta? names the talker in poem as “speaker” but he doesn’t intellectualize thoroughly. In Turkish Philology Subject Program published in 2018 by the Ministry of Education, the “speaker” term takes place as an analysis method of poems. If we consider that this denotation is linked to the “speaker” term in English written poetic books, it can be said that this is a right denotation when we link to “telling a poem” tradition in Turkish culture. In this study we will prefer the “speaker” term which means “poetic persona/speaker” in western literature and after we analyze if the poem is fictional or not; if the poet speaks himself in all kinds of his poems like the other fictional works or if he tells what he wants to say through a created “speaker” that we can’t say if he is exactly himself ,the “speaker” term will be explained and “N?rusiyah” ,which is a poem of Asaf Halet ?elebi , will be analyzed within the framework of this concept
