Reflections of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child to Mathematics Curricula Documents at Primary Level: A Historical AnalysisKeywords: Matematik e?itimi,matematik dersi ??retim program?,?ocuk haklar?,e?itimin ama?lar?,?ocuk haklar? e?itimi Abstract: This study aims to perform a historical analysis of the mathematics curricula documents at primary level from the perspective of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) with regard to the educational aims. The study was designed as a qualitative research and document analysis method was employed. In this regard, official mathematics curricula documents at elementary level issued from 1990 (the time when the UNCRC signed) to 2018 were analyzed via content analysis technique. The results showed that there were various arrangements that could be evaluated in the context of UNCRC educational aims in all primary school mathematics curricula documents and these arrangements changed throughout the history. In addition, it was determined that the most comprehensive arrangements were introduced in the 2017 program.
