Organizational Silence, Burnout Syndrome and Employee Performance RelationshipKeywords: ?rgütsel Sessizlik,Tükenmi?lik Sendromu,?al??an Performans? Abstract: The technology that organizations have in 21st century called technology era has no longer a main factor in gaining an advantage over their competitors, by being different than the others. Because, technology in today’s world has become a factor easily delivered by all organizations who have legal capital. So that, human factor has taken the place of technological factor. The main condition of providing an advantage over an organization to each other and maintain that issue is to have qualified worker who can benefit for organization and is to utilize qualified worker’s abilities. In this study, it is examined relationships between organizational silence and burnout syndrome and employee performance. A forementioned concepts is explained therotical part of the study. As a result of the research, there was a meaningful relationship between organizational silence and employee performance, also burnout syndrome and employee performance. On the other hand, any relationship was not found in generally, although there was a relatively relationship between organizational silence and subdimensions of burnout syndrome
