A Field Study on Determining the Economic and Social Conditions in Integrated Watershed Rehabilitation

After the 2000s, the proper management of the social and economic conditions with the natural resources in the watersheds began to gain importance. The high social and economic conditions of the people living in rural areas will also reduce the pressure on the natural resources in the watersheds. From this point of view, in this study, social and economic opportunities such as migration, educational status, transportation-superstructure and infrastructure facilities, agricultural and animal products, distribution of income sources were determined. The most important problem in the basin is the lack of migration and manpower. On the other hand, it is observed that forage crops and honey production and cattle breeding stand out in the economic income point of the basin
