In this study, plants of 13-17 cm in height potted fuchsia planted in 1 liter pots containing 70% peat and 30% perlite were used as the experimental material. Paclobutrazol was applied in two ways: 1) pouring into the pot (12.5, 25 and 50 ppm) and 2) foliar spraying (12.5, 25 and 50 ppm once). In the experiment carried out in 5 replicates leaf length (cm), number of flower buds and flowers, internode length (cm), plant height (cm) and root development were measured. Pouring application of paclobutrazol (12.5 ppm, 21.7 cm) caused significant shortening of plant height compared to control (38 cm) and spraying application. In addition, when pouring application compared to control plants the stem and leaves had a darker color and flowers are formed smaller than or atrophied
