The effects of employees on the performance of authentic and servant leadership perceptions: Implementation of a business in Kayseri Organized Industrial ZoneKeywords: Otantik Liderlik,Hizmetkar Liderlik,?al??an Performans?,G?rev Performans?,Ba?lamsal Performans Abstract: Leadership from the past to the present has played an important role for individuals within organizations and society as a whole. In the face of changing conditions, various types of leadership styles have emerged and in recent times, authentic and servant types of leadership have received a lot of attention. This study focused on both authentic and servant types of leadership along with the performance of employees which are all essential factors for the success of any business. Assuming that there is a relationship between perceived leadership and employee performance, this study aims to determine the effects of the employees’ authentic and servant leadership perception on their performance. The study was carried out by field survey method. Surveys were used as data collection techniques. The sample of the study consists of 159 employees in a factory in the Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone. The findings show that ‘the employees’ authentic and servant leadership perception’ has an effect on the employees’ performance. According to the data inquired, that task and contextual performance have a meaningful interaction with the employee’s servant leadership perception has seen as a result. The education level has played a role of moderator in the influence of the servant leadership on the performance of the employee. Authentic leadership perceptions were found to have no meaningful relationship with task performance and contextual performance had a significant interaction with ethical dimension only
