A CONTEMPORARY APPROACH IN ORGANIZATIONAL CONFLICT RESOLUTION TECHNIQUES: PSYCHODRAMAKeywords: ?rgütsel ?at??ma,?at??ma ??zümü teknikleri,psikodrama,nitel ara?t?rma Abstract: Conflict is an unavoidable fact, which is impossible to rule out, and has to be managed strictly for organizations. If conflict is not managed properly, it can cause micro and macro destructive consequences. So that, both conceptually and practically it is very important to consider conflict with an interdisciplinary approach. In this study, traditional and contemporary techniques for conflict resolution are summarized; possible practical benefits of using one of the basic concepts of psychology which is psychodrama in organizational conflict resolution for both individuals and organizations are examines; and in the light of a qualitative research data, a practical suggestion is presented about using psychodrama for confict resolutiom in organizations
